The all new MID-AMERICA MOTORCYCLE EXPO will return in January 2011 to “The Centre” in Downtown Evansville Indiana. Last winter all those who attended, including the dealers and vendors who were well pleased with their sales and the interest shown by the large, enthusiastic crowd, deemed show a huge success. With all the plans, set and the show only a few months away, this is a great opportunity for your company to be named as the Presenting sponsor of this exciting event. The event will take place January 21st and 22nd 2012. Hours for the show and related festivities are from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM Saturday and 9:00 until 5:00 PM on Sunday. (All Times are CST) Adequate time for set-up is on Friday, January 20th and teardown is on Sunday immediately following the show. “The Centre” has proven to be an excellent venue for the event with its 40,000 square feet of carpeted show space, modern restrooms and concessions areas, managed security and an abundance of free parking. In addition, as an added convenience, vendors and dealers will be allowed to load-in and load-out inside the convention hall this year. Promotion begins with the printing of several hundred-color posters that include your company name/logo as agreed upon and outlined in the contract. The posters will be distributed throughout the tri-state area to the public and at business locations for display before the event. The artwork will also be mailed to vendors/exhibitors and show competitors as par the promoters mailing list. Media buys for the event (Trade papers, radio, newspapers, etc.) will carry the sponsor’s name/logo when appropriate. Your company may want to distribute promotional items such as key chains t-shirts, sport caps, etc. Lucky drawing giveaways will take place frequently throughout the event. Any promotional items you wish to provide for these drawings will be used to generate even more positive exposure for your product line. Throughout the event, the crowd will be entertained by professional quality entertainment as they browse through the vendors and exhibitors displays. In addition, food, drink and refreshments will be available, helping make this event even more appealing as enthusiast of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to attend. At 4:00 PM Sunday, there will be an award ceremony. Representatives from your company may participate in the presentations if you choose.
